1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StealthSIM Limited ("StealthSIM," "we," "us," or "our") services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

StealthSIM provides eSIM (embedded SIM) profiles for mobile data and voice services. We are a reseller of telecommunications services. Our eSIM profiles allow you to connect to mobile networks without a physical SIM card.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, all sales are final once the eSIM QR code or activation code has been delivered. Once delivered, the product is considered used and cannot be returned or resold, regardless of whether it has been installed or activated on your device.

However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your eSIM and are unable to resolve them with our support team, please contact us. We will review your situation and may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method.

By purchasing from StealthSIM, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using a username, password, and email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in any illegal activity
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes

6. Service Availability

eSIM services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Network coverage and quality depend on the underlying network provider (Vodafone, O2, etc.) and are subject to their terms and conditions. StealthSIM is not responsible for network outages, coverage limitations, or service degradation.

7. Device Compatibility

It is your responsibility to ensure your device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing. StealthSIM is not responsible for incompatibility issues. A list of compatible devices is available upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StealthSIM Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
