No Refunds / No Returns
All sales are final. No refunds or returns.
Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, once an eSIM profile is generated and delivered (via QR code or activation code), it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Why No Refunds?
- eSIM profiles are digital products that cannot be "returned" once generated
- Once delivered, we cannot verify whether the eSIM has been installed or used
- Each eSIM profile is uniquely generated for each purchase
Device Compatibility
Please ensure your device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing. You can check your device's eSIM compatibility on our website or consult your device manufacturer's documentation. We are not responsible for device incompatibility.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues with your eSIM activation, please contact our support. While we cannot offer refunds, we will do our best to help you resolve any activation problems.
Cancellation
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. The eSIM generation process begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
